Answer: It is enough to explain the basic mistake in this argument.
The very premise that people born to one mother and one father have the same look and color is wrong.
No big research is needed for this. It is enough to examine the people in your family, on your street, in your village.
We see brothers and sisters born to the same mother and father with contrasting colors and looks as normal.
We see that not only their appearance but also their culture, customs, and character are different.
If you put it to a medical test, even the blood of two brothers will not be of the same type.
If you ask them why there are so many differences among direct children, why should there be no difference when many generations pass, they will accept it.
You can also point out a similarity that is more important than these differences.
We say that the fruits that grow on a tree, even though they are of different sizes, shapes, and appearance, are fruits of the same species that originated from the same tree.
Similarly, Europeans and Africans are united in the aspect of rationality.
More importantly, we should point out to them the benefits that the world will get if this principle is accepted.
If we accept that all humans are born of one mother and father, it is proved that all humans are brothers and that no one can rise by birth.
It can also be pointed out that it is because Muslims believe this that there is no caste discrimination among them, whether they are Dalit Muslims or Nadar Muslims.
