It is in the belief that it will save them from evil forces and as a religious ritual that other communities tie the rope (waist rope).
Just as Tali’ is a culture of other religions, Arijnan Rope is also a culture of other religions. A half-wit should be avoided as one should not be compared to others in such religious matters.
Without such beliefs, it is not wrong to tie it as a normal rope for the sake of necessity. It is not wrong to tie the keys in the form of a normal rope for hanging, for use during menstruation by women, and for other purpose.
