Why did the Prophet (PBUH) marry Khadija (RA)?

Why did the Prophet (PBUH) marry Khadija (RA)?

Question: , who was the wealthiest woman of that time? A non-Muslim sister says that he married Khadija (RA), a widow, because she had money! What is the explanation for this?

– C. Muhammad Wasim, Kollumedu.

Answer: The Prophet (PBUH) was appointed as the Messenger of God at the age of forty. His life from the age of forty until his death is a model for Muslims.

First, make him understand this basic fact. The Prophet (PBUH) married Khadija (RA) at the age of twenty-five.

With the virtues of religion, your hand is raised.

Women are married for beauty, for inheritance, for wealth, and for good character. Marry a woman with good character and you will succeed, is the way shown by the Prophet after becoming the Messenger of God.(Book: Bukhari 4700)

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said this could not have married Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) for money. It can be seen from this that he should have married Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) for her good character.

Moreover, if he had married her for money, he would have tried to protect the money.

But he gave everything to the people. He dared to leave the country as a refugee, abandoning the rest. He died in poverty, unable to recover his armor, which was pledged, even when he died.

Please explain in detail that no one who marries a woman for money can ever do this.
